When my dad passed away we used Friedrich Jones to handle the cremation. We didn’t have a funeral. We did a celebration of life at a later date with family. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and sympathetic. They went above and beyond. We’ve received sympathy notes in the following months as well as just receiving flower seeds to plant in memory of my dad. I would recommend them to in the situation of needing their services.

This is the third time we have entrusted Friedrich – Jones to provide services for a family member. As we have come to expect they provided a professional, dignified and comfortable service that honored our mother’s life. Stephanie Jones-Kastelik helped guide us through the many choices to create the type of service we desired. Communication is vitally important at this stage so that you are not stressed on the day of services. Stephanie and her team were readily available via phone, text, email or in person to discuss and confirm our choices. At the wake we appreciated the way they prepared our mother in the way we remembered her. And of course, the building and location itself imparts feeling of importance and serenity from a bygone era to everyone who enters. We are at peace, and we know our mother is at peace, and we thank Stephanie and Friedrich-Jones for providing compassionate services to commemorate her life.

In early February we held the services from my mom here. It was the 3rd time over several years for our family, having held both of my in-laws services there also. It could not have gone any better. Its never easy when someone passes, and having a professional guide and support you through decisions, timing etc. eliminates so much of the stress. We have a large family and friend network and knew there would be many in attendance. We discussed doing everything in a single session, basically bypassing the wake and having a short greeting prior to the funeral. Stephanie said something that was really important - wakes help us mourn, but they also provide a time for laughter, love and embraces. I'm so glad we held a wake the evening prior to the funeral mass - it was a time to experience the support of those who loved my mom as well as all of our family.

This is our second family funeral with Friedrich Jones and again they exceeded our expectations. Mike Boyd and team handled the arrangements flawlessly, no detail was overlooked. Everyone we encountered at Friedrich Jones was courteous and professional, they took great care of our family during our time of grief. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a family during this difficult time.

Our family cannot say enough about the care, kindness and flexibility from the Friedrich-Jones staff and especially Stephanie and Jacqueline. The Celebration of Life tribute boards, hobbies showcased, and the service in the deceased own words was a bit non-traditional but the team was supportive and fantastic in helping the family develop a truly special sendoff. Our expectation were truly exceeded.
