My family is beyond grateful to the Biedelman-Kunsch team, especially Shelley, for handling my father's funeral with empathy and compassion. We had a set of rather unique needs, including repatriation of his remains, as well as less common Chinese and Buddhist funerary customs. Shelley handled everything in stride with understanding and patience. She helped coordinate a smooth repatriation, arranged a private visitation for us as soon as he arrived home, handled ordering memorial cards and a rush order for a cremation urn, accommodated our special requests for Buddhist funerary shrouds and a special timeline, and patiently made herself available at odd hours. She handled the coordination of the actual public visitation perfectly. She provided guidance and support, without being intrusive, throughout the entire process. We were on the phone or email with her on a daily basis for almost two weeks, and she or the other team members (including Phil) were always extremely prompt and courteous in reply. It was undoubtedly one of the hardest times of my family’s lives, and I’m very grateful to the team at Beidelman-Kunsch for providing a supportive and respectful presence.

Extremely unhappy with the way my family was treated. Phone calls not returned name miss spelled. Totally unprofessional. My husband was a veteran and they did nothing to complete that process. I was left to take care of everything on my own. Even the day of the funeral they had not sent the documents required for his headstone. I happened to have all the documents and we were able to complete that part of his service. I suggest if you are a veteran find a different funeral home that actually cares about your lived one

We are especially grateful to Ron Kurza, who was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. He was calming, patient, professional, and meticulous in every detail — guiding us with care and making sure everything was thoughtfully handled. Ron helped make our goodbye to our Mom both meaningful and memorable. Thanks to him and the entire team, what could have been an overwhelming experience was instead comforting and stress-free. They held a beautiful service for my mother. Shelly did a professional and prompt job coordinating everything over the phone. From beginning to end, Beidelman-Kunsch took care of everything in a graceful and timely manner. They even offered refreshments which the service goers enjoyed. The cosmetology process was extremely well done and impressive. Gorgeous flower arrangement and prayer cards. 5/5 would highly recommend them.

It seems weird to say how much you loved a funeral home, but during a time like this, these are the right people you want to work for you. They were fast, EXTREMELY GENEROUS and understanding. They did their best to make my family feel more than welcomed. yes, that is what you're paying for, but you can tell that it was not forced. I think it helps that the manager was in hospitality prior to making the switch to this industry.
