I would not suggest this business. The service and planning experience that my daughter had to bury her husband of 15 years was a disaster! We were picked up so late we walked in straight for the funeral to begin. We couldn't arrive for the visitation. My daughter, grandchildren and her mother in law and myself waited for two hours for the transportation to arrive. My grandchildren's experience was blurred in confusion going to say farewell to their dad. The adults mentioned were furious! A beautiful marriage stained with a disgraceful and distasteful farewell. This business is a 3rd party service and dishonest. We weren't told that they hadn't experienced preparing a large man for burial. We could have chosen elsewhere. We should have gone elsewhere. I am still disgusted that the refund for the family transport wasn't received as they had offered in person with an apology. People should be treated better and served with dignity. That driver looked to be under the influence of a substance. Goodrich funeral January 10, 2026...they didn't know at planning this was a Saturday service and didn't log it as a weekend. This was mentioned in multiple phone calls of random questions. People deserve better when you basically paid for 2 funerals!! 0 Stars! My daughter didn't deserve this!

Marcus & Amber are great at what they do. When they work with you, they are caring every step of the way. Working in this industry is not for the weak and I know that I was not in my right mind when I was planning a service for my mother. Amber kept me calm and listened intently to what I was saying.
