I used to like coming here had even referred my Son and his girlfriend here as well. Wea stay wth my Dad who's in his 80s. Although I've been coming here almost a year, it's not the same as it used to be :( I probably won't be recommending it to anyone else anymore. It really takes a lot for ANY of us to come here. Yes it's a pride thing and that times maybe some of us feel less than. Circumstances happen that are out of our control at times. But whenever and wherever we can get blessings there's gratitude. But lately we've experienced feeling bad about ourselves at the door you have a young lady who seems very judgmental and not friendly or compassionate at all. She's a young hispanic young lady with a ponytail and also a young African American lady with glasses. I hate asking questions as I was able to do comfortably in the past I'm guessing I probably may not come here anymore and again I won't be recommending it as I did in the beginning. Possibly in the future, please consider who you put on the door. One never knows when Misfortune may hit especially in these trying times you don't know what lies before you. So just because most of us need help we deserve to have quality items a lot of times cans are severely dented, also I have pictures of things that have expired the worst one today was actual tomato juice. I knew the color was off it was really dark. Only to find out it was a year old in expiration and even today I have something that expired in March as well almost a year old. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity we're not cast outs. Just in the little time did I wait outside I meet many of us from all walks of life from some that are homeless too many that are staying couch to couch two people that are blessed to be able to stay with family. And from time to time the conversations Among Us are how we feel just need to be made aware of that. I went to another Food Pantry in Bowie since I stay in PG County referred by a friend. The experience was beyond phenomenal if anybody that lives in PG County what's the name of this location I will give it to them.
