Facility is clean. Some amazing staff like Ms. Rhonda or Ms. True(spelling). 4

I visited a friend today, April 28, 2026 at Knollwood Pointe and the facility was so clean and smelled great!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful in assisting us as we visited our friend! This was my first time visiting this facility.

I was really worried about my Dad. I travel for work 70% of the year. When I visited him last week he had a huge smile on his face. The care has been terrific. I think he was just lonely. The staff is really engaging him and he’s cracking jokes! Thanks for the peace of mind!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrid. Staff is less than caring and when admin raises questions about levels of care, the owners will terminate them. Nursing staff has ZERO business working here. The entire facility needs to be investigated for elder abuse.

I had an amazing time the residents enjoyed themselves as well, dancing with.my sister was a great gift and joy
