Truly unbelievable experience. I'm a caregiver for one of resident inside establishment. Ms Erika manager serving 03/15/26 12:08PM in dinning room. Ms Erika taken residents orders from table I were sitting proceeded walk away and I ask another sever take my order Ms Erika stated I didn't know you had a meal ticket. Meal ticket were on table for you see or other servers. I never had any problems with main servers. Ms Erika murmured with another server as teenager or in her early 20s about me.I ask were it a problem. Ms Erika stated she wanted me out her dinning room for what reason. I seated at another table with one of main server with no problem.I never disrespected your residents, you Ms Erika or your staff. I truly see why I written review 11/24/25 one of staff member negative vibe don't fall far. Sometime we need examine ourselves.

Cafeteria staff/ Housekeeping 1st floor Black/ African American female tall slim one 11/24/2025 7:56 AM I'am asking about coffee because it usually out 7:45AM. Young lady unprofessionalism, no customer service skills. Company should have training on customer service skills. If you didn't want work call in or find job you can enjoy. Iam going leave it here because I can type on about service Asher Point.

One word to describe Asher Point of Mobile...WOW! We had an incredible experience at this independent living community. From the tour to the incredible lunch experience (chicken and waffles with a combination of spice and sweet and an incredible dessert assortment) it was a 5 star performance all around. The residents in the dining room and staff were very welcoming, even with a first time guest. Had an opportunity to talk to residents who lived there 12 weeks and those up to 6 years. All had positive comments about living at Asher Point.

I’ve been to University Osks Retirement Home for 4 month, I’m very happy I made this choice, the Staff and Residents are very friendly they are Like family. We have lots of activities, including on special occasions they provide us with known musicians to entertain us. They provide the Residents with transportations to shopping and Drs appointments. We have a great chef that makes delicious food. Overall I’m very happy here.
