We are in the process of choosing a monument, and our experience is proving to be positive. Angie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Watt Vault and monument company will complete the order and install for us in our family Cemetary. They work with many of cemeteries around Iowa. Longtime business and empathetic with clients.

I called and made an appointment to look at the options for my husband's headstone. My goodness there were lots of choices. Angie worked with me for suggestions and ideas and was very patient and helpful. The receptionist was very friendly both on the phone and in person. I could only do 4 stars because I was surprised how long everything would take. She told me it would be 2 weeks before I could see the proof of what it will look like and then another 5-6 months to actually place it at the cemetery. They had a nice selection of headstone outside to look at which was helpful when it came to picking a color of granite. I really didn't want to go to other places and the price was within my budget so selected their service and product.
