McCall Monument

We had an exceptional experience with McCall Monument while creating our parents’ headstone. From start to finish, the process was smooth, thoughtful, and handled with genuine compassion. Cindy n the Des Moines office was wonderful in guiding us through the customization process, making sure we understood our options and felt confident in every decision. Laura, the designer, was truly outstanding—so patient, attentive, and incredibly talented. She worked closely with us to perfect the family tree design and never rushed the process. Her dedication made all the difference, and she helped us create something truly unique and meaningful. When the headstone arrived, we were absolutely amazed. Photos do not do it justice—the beauty and craftsmanship in person are breathtaking. We were so moved that we couldn’t hold back our tears. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and we are certain our mom would be so happy with how it turned out. The entire team, including customer service and the owners, was always responsive, kind, and understanding. We even had a small issue after installation, and they resolved it the very same day without hesitation. That level of care and accountability meant so much to us. McCall Monument exceeded our expectations in every way. We are incredibly grateful for the extra care, effort, and compassion they showed during such an emotional time. We truly cannot thank them enough.
