Oliver was by far the kindest caterer we worked with. As soon as we submitted and inquiry he was on it with recommendations and ready to work within our budget. His team was professional and everything went so smoothly. Our guests also all commented on how delicious the food was!

We cannot recommend enough Oliver and the eat and smile team . We were told by so many of our guests that we had the best tasting food they have ever had at a wedding, and we agree! Oliver made the process so nice, seamless, and customizable. He provided so much flexibility to our wishes and was so kind. We also appreciate his transparency with the pricing, as well as the great prices themselves. And the day of was so smooth, with the team being so professional and astute. We did the buffet option, and the speed of the team to serve 10 tables was impressive. We also had our wedding at Josephine Butler, which they knew the space very well and even gave us recommendations on how to use it for the day of.

From the appetizers at the cocktail hour, to the dinner plates themselves, I was extremely impressed by how delicious the food was. From the care they put in before the wedding, to the wedding itself, I could not have been happier with the Eat & Smile team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great caterer.

About 14 years ago, I detained an Eat & Smile catering van in an unlikely case of mistaken identity. In order to validate that they were, indeed, a catering company I had to sample the food stored in the van. Absolutely delicious, my strongest recommendation! In one word, the owner and this business are attentive.

Oliver and his team at Eat & Smile was an absolute dream to work with. Oliver made our vision of a DC bottomless brunch wedding menu come to life perfectly. From the moment we had our menu tasting at his home, we knew we were in great hands. The tasting helped us solidify exactly what we wanted, and his creativity and expertise shone through in every dish. On the big day, our guests were greeted with welcome mimosas and treated to a fantastic Bloody Mary bar with all the fixins. Our brunch favorites—eggs benedict and French toast—were a hit as the main course, and the passed hors d'oeuvres were the perfect touch. Our guests loved the mini chicken and waffles, mini shrimp and grits, and mini quiche. Every bite was as delicious as it was fun! Oliver didn’t stop there—he also delivered on our late-night snack request with Sanchez sliders and fries, which kept the party going late into the night. From start to finish, Oliver’s attention to detail, incredible flavors, and warm hospitality made our wedding menu truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer and highly recommend Eat & Smile to anyone looking for a culinary experience that’s both unique and delicious.
