The Courtyards at Mountain View

I am continually impressed with the professionalism of the staff at The Courtyards at Mountain View. My mother moved into the Assisted Living portion of the facility this past weekend after being a resident of independent living for the last six years. Today while hanging pictures we met Nicole, Gigi and Sheera and they were all great and extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday and the day before we interacted with Flori and Adiama. What wonderful staff you have! I can leave Marcy and have no worries that she’ll be in good kind hands. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of my mother.

Meghann and the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They really take the time to make residents feel comfortable and cared for, and the place is always clean and welcoming. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the people who live here, and that makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their loved ones.

We chose Mountainview for my loved one, and it has truly been a wonderful decision. The food here is consistently good—really good! The meals are well-prepared, flavorful, and there’s always variety, including plenty of fresh options and accommodating special diets without making anyone feel limited. It’s clear the kitchen staff takes pride in what they serve. The activities program is another highlight. They offer a nice mix of engaging options—everything from exercise classes and music sessions to crafts, games, movie nights, and even occasional outings. My family member looks forward to the daily schedule and has made new friends through the group activities. What stands out most, though, is the management. Meghann communicates exceptionally well—clear, responsive, and genuinely approachable. Whether it’s a quick update, addressing a question, or following up on something, she’s always professional, kind, and thorough. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing concerns are handled promptly and openly. Overall, the caring staff, pleasant atmosphere, great food, engaging activities, and strong leadership make Mountainview feel like a warm, well-run community. Highly recommend!

Do not put your family in the memory care unit. We have cameras in my loved ones room she fell at 11pm and was on the floor all night nobody came to check on her until the 5am. We are highly disappointed. Not to mention the caregivers during the day serve the food,seems very unsanitary if they are having to change diapers and shower residences. I'm going to make a complaint to state.

We have been very pleased with our decision to move our sister into The Courtyards and are encouraged by her increasing comfort with being there. The staff and residents are truly a caring community where people know one another by name and enjoy being together. She likes being able to participate in the many activities offered and has benefitted from the social interaction they provide. The food is very good - varied and plentiful and served with a smile. The staff are patient and attentive to her needs. We appreciate how responsive management is to our communications, since we live in other states and are not often able to visit. We have peace of mind knowing she is happy, safe, and well looked after.
