Pam Silverberg is a gem! When a long -time friend needed to move to assisted living, I asked for Pam's expert help because there are so many options available. She carefully considered her client's financial constraints, geographic and esthetic preferences, showed each of them to her, and found the perfect assisted living option for her. Pam went over and above to help me and I am grateful!

The gratitude that we have for Pam's help in finding my mom find the right place for her is more than 5 stars! Pam's knowledge of the lay of the land and the amenities that each place afforded was so comforting. I'm not sure how the process could have been any better!

Working with Pam was a fantastic experience. After visiting a few Assisted Living facilities solo with my grandfather, I knew we needed more help finding the right place for him. He was moving from an independent facility to an assisted living facility and had many worries. I contacted Pam and she jumped in to help us right away. She narrowed down a few options, set up the appointments and joined us at each facility tour. Having Pam there to help bounce off our thoughts and grandpa's worries made the process so much easier. With Pam's help we saved so much time and effort! We moved grandpa before Thanksgiving and he is so much happier and more active than we've seen in all the time he spent at his previous facility. It was such a blessing to work with Sharon and Paul! They did such a wonderful job listening to what my parents were looking for and what their needs were. I appreciated all of the guidance and knowledge they provided. It can be a very overwhelming and challenging process, but Sharon and Paul were right there every step of the way to set up tours, answer questions, make suggestions and figure out the best game plan for our needs. Sharon has been especially helpful in making the transition as simple as possible. She proactively kept in contact with the director keeping a close eye on all the details and timelines making it much less overwhelming for all of us. My parents are all moved in and settled in their new community, but Sharon has continued to visit them and stay connected. I’m so grateful for Sharon and Paul and their passion to connect people to the right place for them. They are both so wonderful to work with and truly care about the people they are helping. Their goal isn’t to simply find a place for people to stay, but rather, a place for people to LIVE! I couldn’t be more pleased to report that my mom shared with me that she felt like she and my dad were actually beginning to live instead of just existing. Well done, Sharon and Paul!! Pam has helped me find the perfect place for my mom twice: first when she moved into an assisted living facility, and then again a few years later when we needed to move her into memory care. In both cases, Pam took the time to understand my mom's specific preferences, desires, and care needs based on the progression of her dementia. My mom and I have been very happy with both facilities, and Pam has made a point to stay in touch and visit my mom when possible. Pam has been a huge help and made an otherwise challenging transition very smooth!
