Denise was extremely helpful in choosing the perfect tombstone for my father and I would highly recommend her to everyone. She was intelligent and had the best customer service possible. She was able to help in the design of everything we wanted and the price was great too! She helped us talk to the cemetery manager about getting all the details correct, all right there in one meeting. She helped us fit everything into our budget, just the way we needed. My family and I truly love how my father’s tombstone turned out. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process and completed everything in a timely manner. My dad had actually created the tombstone before he passed, and when it was first delivered to the cemetery, I had forgotten to update them with his passing date since it slipped my mind while I was grieving. Once they were notified, they kindly sent someone out to add the date, and they did it free of charge. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, understanding, and support during such a difficult time.
