Eventhough I had to wait for a long period of time, I didnt mind at all, because I want it to be perfect like how I requested. Memories Stone was so thorough and helpful. They wants to make sure its done exactly how I want it. SILVER and Nicole are so helpful. I am very very happy with the result. I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Memories in Stones. It was the best decision ever. Silver immediately treated me like family when I first contacted him. Even though they were located a few hours away, he worked really close with me. Understanding what my family and I were going through, he and his team made sure to work with us all the way through the process. In a blink of an eye, our family lost my Tais and Dab Laug (Tais' main caretaker) within days of each other. My mom was in distraught as she lost her mom and brother all at once and was battling with her own health issues. This was also our first time having lost someone so dear to us-we didn't know what to do or where to go as it was the first time having to do this. We also lived across the country in a completely different state from where Tais was buried-which was another factor to consider. In helping my mom, we sought someone out that was referred to her but communication wasn't the best; they were too busy to respond or I felt they were very vague in their answers which left a first-time family like us not really knowing what to do and feeling lost or silly for asking questions. Eventually, I saw during our process that tub Silver ended up partnering with Memories in Stone. I saw their pics and videos on FB and thought the work was good with varying styles and what seems to be customizable requests. I reached out with my inquiry and got a response right away. Communication was great of team, from messages about the initial process, to conference calls about details of the engraving and whatever my mom wanted for her mom, to pictures and quotes of varying types of stones, sizes, and designs. The team was honest and transparent about the types of stones-depending on what ppls' preferences were and what is allowable p/ the cemetery/resting place (I wouldn't have known certain measurements of plots-didn't even think about it). Payment methods were straight forward with several options and they were very understanding of our complex family dynamic. The process took a while but that wasn't anything they or we could control. If anything, we are happy that our loved ones are at peace and we can offer them a home. Personally, I felt at ease with the process and had full faith and trust that all would turn out well. Memories in Stone' s staff made the process very easy and I didn't feel stupid asking questions. Care was given in every step! Thank you again to the awesome team! I called many places for a monument for my mother but the price was too high and they all wasn’t helpful. Until I saw Memories In Stone on Facebook. I’m truly thankful for Memories In Stone for helping me and my family getting through this difficult time. They flew out here to Minnesota from Fresno California and did my mom’s monument. Not just that but it was a very beautiful and affordable monument. I appreciate the love and works that Memories In Stone did while they came out. My family we walked in and was immediately helped by Joaquin. He was patient and helped answer all of our questions. Since it was my first time doing something like this, I wasnt sure what to expect. Joaquin was very helpful with giving us ideas on how to create a headstone for my dad. He allowed us to take our time and never once rushed us in the process. He was very skilled in his work. His creativity and artistry showed true when our Father's headstone came to life. We couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the the service and the product turnaround time which was 4 to 6 weeks to produce.I would recommend memories in stone to the community. They are very culturally sensitive and truly have a heart to help.
