Tulip Cremation

I found both the services provided by Tulip and the people extremely helpful and kind in dealing with the loss of my wife. All the information provided was exactly correct and met the schedule they had indicated. All aspects of the service were perfect and I really appreciated their kind thoughts.

Wouldn’t recommend. Things started out okay, but then I kept getting different excuses as to why the ashes weren’t ready. One day I was told the cremation had already been completed, then another day I was told they were still waiting because two machines were down. The only reason I used them was because my mother-in-law said she had prepaid with Tulip Cremations. After this experience, I would strongly encourage her to cancel. No family should be left waiting while their loved one sits in refrigeration for over 20 days with little communication and constantly changing explanations. Furthermore tulip emailed me the incorrect address for pick up. They emailed me 2455 Station Drive and it’s actually 2449 Station Drive. Tulip sub contracts to a 3rd party Crematory. Took an extra 15 mins out of our day to figure out where the place was because the name on the building is different plus the wrong address. 5/27/26 update Only one of the bags of remains had a seal placed on it. We ended up having an issue with the second bag at the airport because it did not have a seal. Tulip had split the remains into two bags for us, but only one was properly sealed, which created unnecessary complications during travel.

I highly recommend Tulip. Jeanette from their Care Team was fantastic. Her mode and frequency of communication were perfect. She made a terrible situation as good as it could be. Their pricing was very reasonable as well.

Beatriz and the entire care team helped us during our most difficult, overwhelming time. Very warm, kind, patient, and helpful. Completing paperwork online and being available by phone and email was the support we needed. The communication, attention to detail, and follow up has been much appreciated and I can't recommend them enough.

The staff kept me informed on the entire process and what I should expect for next steps. Tulip's staff and support staff were wonderful the entire time and got me through a difficult time.
