We had nothing but a wonderful experience with the Buffalo Catering Company for our event. They took the time to discuss and come up with a customized order that met our needs. They were extremely flexible, polite also were very helpful with estimating the quantity of food to get with our party size without pushing unnecessary items. Great customer service and delicious food! Everything went and people loved it!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Buffalo Catering Co.! From the very beginning of the planning process through our wedding day, everything was absolutely seamless. Their entire team was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. Every interaction we had with the staff was positive, and they played such a significant role in creating a stress-free and enjoyable experience for both us and our guests. The food and service exceeded our expectations, and we were truly blown away by how smoothly everything came together. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and The Buffalo Catering Co. was a huge part of making it so special. I hired the Buffalo Catering Company (BCC for this review) to provide food and drink at my mother's 95th birthday party, 75 guests, in the botanical gardens. The party was held on Sunday, April 26, from 2:30-5:30. I worked with Rachel at BCC to develop a menu that included cold plates arranged on a table and a wide variety of appetizers and sliders, placed buffet style in the room adjacent to the room with guest tables. The food came out in 3 stages, closely spaced. I also had a beer & wine bar and coffee station. People were coming up to me to compliment me and BCC on the quality of the food. I have no idea how they did it, but the food did not suffer any of the typical woes of a buffet. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The quality of the food was terrific. The service was friendly, efficient and effective at making sure that food was replenished as needed. They adjusted as needed to some party hiccups (no one wanted to force the birthday girl to cut the cake - until I did!) with professionalism and patience. I would not hesitate to hire them to cater any event I was holding.

Our organization just hosted our first fundraiser and Buffalo Catering Co exceeded expectations. The buffet was fantastic—everything was fresh, very well presented, and delicious. The wait staff were just as impressive. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and really on top of everything throughout the event. It made a huge difference knowing everything was being handled so smoothly! Heidi, the catering manager, was wonderful to work with. She was both professional and genuinely personable, and she ensured all our needs were well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. We’d absolutely recommend them—10/10!

Everything from ordering to delivery to the food itself was wonderful. Rachel coordinated the catering for our event and was extremely kind and helpful - the process could not have been smoother. Food was delicious, we were cleaned out by the end of the event. I would definitely order from them again!
