Buffalo's Best Catering By Kim

This was my first time using Catering by Kim. I normally do my own party cooking but wanted to make my daughter’s baby shower easier on me. I ordered pans of almond chicken, pulled pork, roasted potatoes and fresh cooked veggies. Everything was delicious !! It was delivered on time and hot, ready to serve. I ordered food for 50 ish and I think there was enough chicken and pork to serve 100!! Have been eating leftovers for days. I will certainly make them my go to caterer in the future.

We recently ordered drop-off catering from “Buffalos Best Catering By Kim” for my daughter’s Bridal Shower. We ordered Balsamic Chicken & Almond Crusted Chicken which were BOTH excellent!! They were delivered very hot & set up for serving promptly. The gentleman who delivered & set up was very kind & helpful. The choices complimented my menu perfectly which were suggested by Kim. They were excellent selections and guests loved both chicken choices. Almost everyone tried both after hearing friends and family @ the table rave about how delicious it was. I will be ordering again from BBC by Kim for catering needs again❤️. Great value, prompt, professional & delicious!!!!

I had always heard great things about Kim's catering, although I had never had the pleasure of experiencing it. I called her based on all the great reviews and she did not disappoint with the breakfast buffet she catered for me for a baby shower. The food was hot and delicious and the crowd favorite was the chocolate chip pancakes! They couldn't have been any bigger, fluffier or tastier! The frittata was a close second!! Truly, everything was perfect, including the professionalism, customer service and patience with having to make some changes. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kim!

I have used Buffalo‘s best catering by Kim for two occasions over the past year. I highly recommend them. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was excellent. They accommodated some changes and were quick to respond to emails or phone messages. The Famous Amos chicken, ravioli, seasonal veges, and roast beef were all delicious. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
