I would not recommend ICS to care for your loved one. My experience with this company has not been positive. The ICS website is a misrepresentation of the care that they provide. The company places aides with minimal qualifications in the home and expects you to devise, implement, and manage the Care Plan. - They do not emphasize a team model in every area of service. - They do not promote the rights of each individual under their care, by prioritizing health, safety, and welfare, while maintaining professionalism, respect and dignity. -They do not emphasize transparency and uprightness in all service delivery, operations, and fiscal matters. - They are not committed to excellence in all service areas through on-going and thorough education and re-education of all their employees. - They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT carefully match caregiver expertise/qualities to the needs of each person served. While some of the aides are good, the overall dereliction of duty and care the aides provide, reflects the poor leadership and culture at ICS.

My mom hasn't had a aid in a full week.i have to make up for their (non-services).the aids that they do send COMPLAIN about what they aren't going to do.they talk on their phones,tell my mom what THEY are going to do, and don't perform their duties,but want a timesheet signed.she was left in urine and feces Too many times.I call the agency and is told to wait till they send someone else.but nobody has showed up in two days.YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER AS AN AID AGENCY!!!! ONCE ITS CORRECTED I WILL REMOVE THIS RATING.!!!!!!! I KNOW YOU CAN SEE THIS.MY MOM DESERVES BETTER! DO BETTER!!!!
