In 2021, I found Bluhm's to be managed by a family of caring, sensitive and professionals business owners! The entire process, from the beginning of the business transaction to delivery of my finished headstone, was consumer-friendly! I paid according to contract requirements, and they delivered likewise, w/o delays!!! My double upright headstone was completed and delivered to a Missouri cemetary in excellent condition before I moved out of the city as I requested!

I used this company years ago for my in-laws monuments. Beautiful work and meticulous attention to details. That is why I came back. Very good caring people.

I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered my daughter's headstone on August 24th. They still have yet to start on it. The man said after Thanksgiving is when they will have it done. Their receipt says 6-8 weeks. I have been more than patient but this is just heartbreaking. No one has called to say there would be a delay. If I hadn't of called I would still be in the dark. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In my book they just aren't very professional and caring.
