Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service provided exceptional care and support throughout the entire process. Madison, in particular, was truly outstanding—compassionate, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We are so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. She made a challenging time much easier for our family.

With the passing of my mother last week, I knew I had a lot of things to plan and take care of in a short amount of time. Because my father had passed away in 2009 and Sullivan's had handled his funeral, my mother had left me instructions to use them for her when her time came. When she died in the hospital, I was told to call 1 number - Vital Statistics, and that was pretty much the last call I had to make. I was contacted shortly after that by Madison, who eas compassionate, understanding and walked me through next steps. The next day I met with Edward Mercer, who guided us through the entire process until burial was completed at the cemetery today. He came prepared with the information I needed, and needed to give him. His kindness, professionalism, and calm manner made the sad process bearable. He took care of things that I didn't have to, always checked in with any questions or changes, didn't try to oversell things, and was literally with us every step of the way. Weather and airport issues threw us curve balls, but he adjusted things to continue to flow smoothly. I was able to be with family and friends before, during and after services without being concerned with the details. Everyone from Sullivans was always gracious, helpful, and worked like a team - every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral services. They go the extra mile, and helped me honor my Mother's wishes totally. Can't thank them enough!

I want to express the deep gratitude I have for Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory. My dad passed away, and my mom had previously made some arrangements with them. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, they were incredibly respectful and truly felt like family. They came to our home to pick up my dad and gave us time to say our goodbyes. As they took him out, he was covered with a beautiful blanket, and because my dad was a retired Army veteran, they also brought a flag and draped it over him with such dignity and care. That moment meant more to us than words can express. They were with us every step of the way. Some of the final decisions were very hard to make, but they offered thoughtful suggestions and recommendations based on their experience, always with compassion and understanding. Of course, there were obstacles along the way, but they overcame them with grace and professionalism. They also invited us to bring items that represented who my father was. They arranged the room with a beautiful display of everything we brought, and everyone was impressed by how perfectly it reflected my dad and his life. They will forever be a part of our family for everything they did for us. I highly recommend them—if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Saying goodbye is never easy and with it comes various choices which pull our heart strings. I am sure I contacted James Lancaster at least 10 times through calls and emails. With each, he showed even more class, poise & compassion. He thoroughly walked me through the process with patience and professionalism answering every question in detail. As it wouldn't be for anyone, this wasn't easy for me. James made me as comfortable as I could be in the midst of an uncomfortable situation. I highly recommend Highland Sullivan for any needs you and your family may have when it comes time.

We just recently used Sullivan’s Funeral Home for my grandmothers services and I couldn’t recommend a better funeral home. Their service was top notch. They were all very helpful with anything we needed. Edward and staff took care of any adjustments, paperwork, questions and decorating for us. They didn’t hesitate to step in and help and they all were very friendly. Even though it was a sad time they helped make it memorable and beautiful. My grandmother looked beautiful and they took wonderful care of her. We would use them again in the future.
