Allison worked kindly and patiently with me during preparation for my; mother's cremation and planning and preparation for the funeral service. She was very detail=oriented and provided excellent guidance and service during preparations for the funeral and was present in person at the funeral service.

I have to say my family was treated with the utmost respect and kindness with the care of my sister. In one of the most emotional times of my life they took great care even after all was done they still checked up on me. So very thankful.

I can't thank Mike, Michael, Allison, and the entire staff enough for their incredible kindness and support during one of the most difficult times in my life. My Dad, who was my person, passed away a week ago, and they made the process not only manageable but truly beautiful. Their compassion, understanding, and flexibility allowed me the space to grieve while knowing my Dad and my family were being cared for with the utmost respect. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I give them my highest recommendation and deepest gratitude.

The best word to describe this establishment and staff is "immaculate". The attention to detail and care from all staff members was a breath of fresh air for a particularly difficult process. Specifically, Brian made an incredibly daunting and unbearable task the smoothest and easiest transition for me and my sister, as we mourned the death of our mother. We lost her way too soon, but again, Brian shared nothing but kindness and empathy to ensure we and our family understood every action taken. No stone was left unturned. I will recommend these folks until the end of time. Thank you, all. You are truly appreciated!

Downing & Lahey is made up of kind, compassionate, professional, efficient and caring people. Two months after events that directly involved them after the loss of my mom they've continued to gently remind me that if they may be able to help in a further way, they're still there. I had been to enough of the many memorial services they'd handled before my own need for their help came about to have no hesitation in calling on them, yet they've exceeded my expectations.
