This place is the most disrespectful unprofessional place I have ever been to. One of my most dearest friends Viewing was here. They treated her with no dignity , No respect Just outright wrong. She was unprepared . When we got there she had no makeup on there was visible Discoloration in her face Bloating had to be began. They had her in a hospital gown on a stretcher. They didn’t brush her hair nothing. Nobody was prepared to see her in this condition. They gave no warning nothing her dad got they’re about 45 minutes before everybody else and that is when he seen that they did not prepare her body. This is so unprofessional and outright wrong . She was a 21-year-old young mother who deserved the upmost respect In her last Time being viewed by her family and friends, and they didn’t even treat her With any sort of respect. On top of absolutely everything One of the owners got mad when A few of us were talking privately in the hallway about how it was unexpected to see her in this condition and that we were hurt seeing it and he got mad at us and starting talking very rude to us about it.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Affordable Cremations Plus. The family was led to believe that their loved one would be made presentable for the viewing. That did not happen. When we arrived, she had no makeup, her skin was visibly discolored, and it was clear she had not been prepared in the way we were told to expect. Personal items like her jewelry had also been removed. This was extremely upsetting for her family, especially her father. No family should have to see their loved one in that condition at a viewing. When this was addressed with staff, instead of showing empathy or taking responsibility, we were met with excuses and justification about “the process.” Whether this was a failure in communication or in care, the result was the same — a lack of dignity for the deceased and additional pain for the family. This is a service where trust, compassion, and attention to detail matter more than anything. Based on our experience, those expectations were not met. I hope serious changes are made so no other family has to go through this.

My devastated daughter mistakenly thought " a viewing " meant at least she would have her clothes on. The family was led to a gurney with a hospital gown from the morgue. Her body was decomposed after 5 days. The family was absolutely devastated. Be clear that a viewing before cremation is a body not treated. Our souls are scorched today seeing our 21 year old granddaughter in this decomposed condition. You are horrible people.

Wonderful place. My mother recently passed and I wasn't sure whom to call. The LTC community she was at listed AC as a possible resource. The came and removed the body, processed, and cremated her so quickly. When I went in to pay for the service, Mr. Hylton was so professional, empathetic, and helpful. Less than 1200 out the door, done very quickly. Even made sure I was ok when picking up the remains. Good experience during a hard time in my life.

Mike's professionalism and kindness made an extremely difficult time a little bit easier. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else if you're looking for a simple cremation. I called several places, and Affordable Cremations was the most transparent and easiest to work with. We were still in shock from my dad's sudden passing and didn't even know what questions to ask, but Mike provided all the information up front, explained how everything worked, what the timelines would be, etc. He provided several options, but did not pressure us into any up charges. He was extremely responsive to email and phone call questions. He even went above-and-beyond when there was some confusion with the florist, and he personally made sure we had the flowers sent at our celebration of life gathering. Thank you all so much for everything
