Watercrest St Lucie West

Having been gifted the opportunity to attend a 'welcome event' at Watercrest in Port St. Lucie, I came away with this impression: Diane and staff are all warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. My friend who lives at Watercrest has only wonderful things to say about his home. There are so many activities to keep residents engaged and happy. When conversations with my friends turns to future plans, Watercrest is always top of mind. Watercrest is a beautiful facility in appearance and heart. When the time comes for me to move from my current home, Watercrest will be my choice for my new home.

My mom will be moving into Watercrest soon. Every time we come to visit she leaves so excited for her new adventure. The staff has been extremely welcoming and warm. We are excited for this new home for my mom to move into. The best part for her is having her dog, a lake view and no meals to worry about!

I looked at Watercrest for an older friend about 6 months ago - unfortunately she did not qualify. During the tour I happen to mention that I play bridge with many seniors and that i would keep them in mind should someone need to move into an assisted living facility. I was asked if I would be interested in teaching bridge at Watercrest and I agreed. I have been going every friday for about 4 months which gives me a better understanding of Watercrest. The staff is very kind and helpful. The residents seem to be very happy. One of the things that if found to be extraordinary is the way they arrange meals. The cafe is open from 7 am to 7 pm. There is no assigned seating, the serving staff is very kind and helpful. I ate there two time and truly enjoyed the food. I was lucky enough to see a few different rooms and feel that they give the residents different options. There are many different activities going on which is a nice option. I have looked at many different facilities in Port St Lucie and find that this one is the best for the price. I like it so much that I have another friend who needs to move to an assisted living facility and we have chosen Watercrest. I will do another review after he moves in and how adjustment process was for him

My wife and I were interested in a facilty for the time she will need extra care with coginitive impariment. We toured the facilty , with Ms Diann McDonough, Relations Director who was terrific. She made my wife who was nervous feel at home, provided me with all the details for my wife's future residence. I couldn't be happier with the complex and the staff.

My mom and I came to Watercrest and were welcomed with open arms. The place was so very nice and the staff were so accommodating. Diane answered all our questions and made us feel like family. The entire staff are wonderful. Upon mom’s first day they rolled out a red carpet and had staff and residents welcomed mom. We are so very happy Mom is here and so is she.
