LeBlanc Bros Monuments

They did a really nice job on my Mother's headstone. I would highly reccomend their services. I handled everything from out of states with no issues. Thank You

Mike is a good guy, I'd say he's more than fair. Some customers exaggerate and/or lie just trying to damage a business for whatever personal reason. LeBlanc hasn't been in business for several decades successfully by treating customers poorly. It's a shame most the time someone have a good experience they don't take out a few minutes to leave XXXX business feedback to help other posible clients make a better decision. The father & LeBlanc son that I've dealt with on multiple occasions are good people.

I'm not the kind of guy who likes to post negative reviews but I feel very obligated to do so in these circumstances. I visited LeBlanc Bros on June 21st in the hopes of getting the year of my Grandmother's passing engraved on her headstone. Mike seemed pretty pleasant and fair to deal with. He told me his engraver comes around every other Friday to do the work and will have it done w/in 10 days. He stated by the following Friday (the 30th) it would be done. I asked to be notified when it was complete and never heard anything since. Even though I've paid in full, it's now the 10th of July and it still has yet to be done. I called Mike this morning and he seemed a little put off with me that I called him during his vacation. I told him that it still has yet to be done and he challenged me by asking when the last time was that I checked. I told him it was over the weekend (it's Monday as I write this) He said he'd get in touch with his "guy" and it'll be done in another week or two. Well Mike must've sensed my disappointment and he called back a few minutes later saying his "guy" will have it done by next Thursday or Friday as long as it doesn't rain. Now I'm not saying these people are crooks, or evil, or shifty in anyway. I'm just saying I'm very put off by the insensitive and lackadaisical way they handle their business regards to such a sensitive and emotionally charged area of business. You're dealing with people's loved ones for God's sake! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't have gone to these folks, I would've chosen Manchester Monuments instead. Fact is I figured since this company was right across the street from the Cemetery that it would mean the customer would be privy to service more prompt, punctual service! Boy did I guess wrong!
