I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown by this company. Despite challenging weather, they ensured my son’s headstone was installed by his anniversary, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Their workmanship is beautiful, and their kindness, sensitivity, and efficiency made an incredibly difficult experience gentler and more compassionate. Because of them, I can now visit knowing my son is honored in the way he deserves. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking truly caring and professional service.

Five Stars isn't enough! My grandparents’ monument had grown very worn over the years, and after hearing wonderful things about MMC, I decided to reach out. They were a pleasure to work with ~ professional, cordial, and very helpful. I expected the headstone to look better, but I was blown away by the results. It looked brand new! They even took the extra step of caring for my grandfather’s military plaque. I was so impressed that I asked them to clean another stone. Once again, the results were amazing, and they even reset the stone at no charge. I simply can’t recommend MMC highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about working with Kristen and Loren. My husband and I met with them last year and had a wonderful discussion and we knew that this was the company we wanted to do business with. I then met with Loren weeks later, and he took the time to help me design exactly what we were looking for in terms of size and granite, and also included a camera logo and a golf logo to represent us. They installed the headstone this spring high on the hill in the Bedford Center Cemetery and from there, we have a view of the gold steeple on the Presbyterian Church that I attended with my parents all through my childhood. I think of this as a beautiful work of art and thanks to both of you for you for making it happen.

Jeff Boucher and Kristen Smith are professional and compassionate. Their attention to detail and our needs was exceptional. We had a custom obelisk made for my father and installed in October 2020. My Mom just placed his Christmas wreath 2021 today and sent me a picture. It is simply gorgeous and everything we had hoped for. I highly recommend Manchester Memorial Co.
