From the beginning to the end of this process, my sister and I could not have been more pleased. Losing our mother was horrible. We were so nervous going into picking the headstone. Michael Komm made the process not only easy and pleasant, but a part of our healing. This was not a cookie-cutter headstone, but one he created, put together, while speaking with us, and taking bits and pieces of my mother's personality and life. Michael was very professional and courteous. While touring his showroom he showed us different sizes and shapes. The different stone used to create the memorial, color and stone texture. He was very knowledgeable in the cemetery restrictions and pricing. We then went to his office where he instantly created the headstone. We played around with the size of our name and the symbols used to show our religious believe. We then got creative and asked for emblems. It was no problem for Michael to whip up icons to our liking. My wife and I highly recommend Leon Komm and Son. The proof is in the pictures.

Michael is a true professional and master of his craft. My brother and I were visiting Buffalo for our mom’s funeral and had a limited timeframe that Michael was able to accommodate. In one meeting, Michael presented the monument options and prepared a graphic design of the monument encompassing all our selections while we watched. Michael then explained the production steps which would follow and an approximate schedule. As promised, the monument was recently installed and looks great! From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Michael to create this personalized monument that honors our parents.
