I believe it was Bonnie who assisted me. She was very understanding and helped me engrave my parents stone properly. She followed up with me to be sure everything was as expected. I should also say this was done all over the phone and text from a distance. I was very pleased with the work done as they sent a photo of the finished engraving and would definitely recommend them for any marker questions you may have. They know their stuff and are gracious enought to share. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!! Thanks your work means alot to me and you did a perfect job.

5 stars all around. Recently we decided to provide our son who had been cremated with a final resting place with his grandparents. When we started the process of ordering our sons grave stone I thought this was going to be a difficult living in another state, however Bonnie went above and beyond in getting the stone exactly as we had hoped. Bonnie provided endless ideas, showed us numerous samples and offered countless suggestions. During this time of difficult decisions Bonnie was patient, empathetic, and truly a genuine caring person.
