Thank you to St. Lucie Cremation Services for a great experience during a difficult time. They handled our family death with care and kindness. We appreciated the fair prices and the guidance we received throughout. They even went above and beyond to get us the death certificates before we had to leave town.

When we had a death in the family, with very difficult circumstances, we contacted St. Lucie Cremation Services. I called well after normal business hours expecting to just leave a message for a return call. To my surprise, Cici answered the phone very quickly. She was at dinner, but still answered the phone because she knew people calling her needed her help. She made everything so easy and was so very helpful. She went over and above to assist us when she didn’t have to. Their pricing for their services is very reasonable, probably too reasonable for the service and support provided. We are forever grateful to have found Cici and St. Lucie Cremation Services. I highly recommend them in your time of need.

LOVED ONES BEWARE!! During our family’s time to grieve and mourn an unexpected death, this was by far the worst experience of all. The receptionist/office manager/greeter “CC” was a blatant liar as was the owner, Bob. I was seemingly mislead starting with how cremation prices vary by weight?? I found this to not be a normal practice when we finally visited a reputable Funeral Home in Martin County. I was not made aware of issues regarding a death certificate which prolonged what was already an impossible process. When I accompanied my mother to this establishment, I was mortified to pull up to a "garage" with the office door open and sign for their Pet Crematory in the same building. I sat in a rusty fold-up chair in a filthy office while CC then informed us that there was an issue getting the death certificate. I then took matters into my own hands and made endless phone calls to try to fix the issue. Once I was told that the issue was fixed, I called CC for an update on the status of the cremation. CC was completely annoyed that I called ; she told me that even though the paperwork was completed that we would have to "wait in line" for the cremation to be done. My mother then called the owner,Bob, who told us he would call CC and get this taken care of. Not knowing how any of this worked, we asked several questions and found out the pacemaker would have to be removed before the cremation could be done. OK, makes sense. On Friday CC told me the death certificate had not been approved by the State and Medical Examiner; however, once that was done the pacemaker would be removed and the cremation could go forward. I called the following Monday morning to get a still annoyed CC telling me it had not been done yet, and the pacemaker had not been removed. We then went to a funeral home to look at urns and get some information. I can not explain the SHOCK we felt upon leaving. CC told us Monday morning the pacemaker was not removed; Bob was contacted and he then said he would call CC, CC then calls me back and tells me the cremation is done. I immediately questioned the pacemaker and she told me it did not have to be removed. My mother then called Bob who told us she was wrong and that he removed the pacemaker on Friday. This raises a ton of questions!!! We asked where the pacemaker was,and Bob told us it was removed on Friday, thrown in the trash,and the trash went out on Friday. Convenient ???? Do not take your loved ones here!! I am calling the State about the disposal of the pacemaker and warning everyone to bypass this place. This complete lack of respect for our family alive and deceased is disgraceful. I REPEAT: DO NOT DO THIS TO YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR LOVED ONES! We are all disgusted by the complete lack of sympathy and compassion these people displayed. If we could give negative stars we would.

St Lucie Cremation Services was amazing. The staff member CC was so kind , compassionate as well as helpful and informative. She offered a light hope at a time when things were so dim. The whole experience from start to finish was handled expertly and efficiently. From the moment we called the number we knew that we had found the right place to handle our loved ones. In addition the cost was reasonable. Thank you so much.

I used St.Lucie Cremation Services for my Loving Mother. I must say CC was very kind and helpful picked out a beautiful wooden box engraved with a beautiful design to put her ashes in . Excellent service ,Thank you so much ,
