My mother in law died unexpectedly. We needed a timely cremation as we live abroad and were able to get our children back only for a weekend. We planned to have a service at home so it was very straightforward, and I can’t speak about services held there. Yates did a terrific job. They were extremely helpful even before we decided to go with them, offering lots of advice. They were also very sensitive and compassionate, and were great at getting the paperwork done quickly and keeping us updated. Most importantly they managed to get everything done in time so that we could do all the ceremonies together as a family. Nicholle in particular was fantastic, warm, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend.

From my initial consultation to the very end of the memorial the entire staff was phenomenal. Kelly made me feel like I had known her my entire life…friendly, courteous, comforting and pretty well held my hand through the entire process.
