Backyard wedding dinner & reception for about 50 guests in central Maine. We had the BEST night ever because we worked with black tie. I can barely articulate the zillion reasons this was the best choice of our whole planning experience, but a few points: - Our guests are still raving about the food days later. 12/10 stars to the chef, cooks, bartenders, and servers who were complete all-stars. - Since this was at our home, our genius planner Heather coordinated ALL of the rentals for the party & catering team with Wallace Events/One Stop and made it incredibly easy. - We asked for a few customizations, like we wanted a few of our favorite beers on tap and our own wine selections - they honored every single one of our requests - big and small - and just made it happen!

We had our Thanksgiving meal catered by Black Tie! It was all prepared and we just did the heating up. It was phenomenal and made the day easy and stress free! Thanks for the delicious food! I’ll be dreaming of that Mac and Cheese until I get some again!

We hired Black Tie Company to cater our food and small desserts and bartend our wedding as well as handle all dinnerware and table rentals for our wedding. We worked with Heather throughout our entire process and she was extremely responsive, listened to all of our needs, and found us the exact rentals we wanted to match the theme we had at our wedding. The tasting experience was awesome and the chef Avery was so adorable and her food is AMAZING. At the tasting heather and Avery listened closely to our suggested changes, offered great suggestions to my husband and I and the results at our wedding were amazing! All of the BTC staff was friendly and fun! All of my guests loved the food, desserts, and bar service! It was also pretty awesome that they had the kids food ready at the table so during the toast the kids didn't have to wait to eat! The attention to detail with BTC was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for your wedding catering needs.

We had an exceptional experience working with The Black Tie Company for our wedding. Our coordinator, Amy Collins, went so far above and beyond to support us throughout this process. Amy went out of her way to help us with rentals, layout, and design. Black Tie's food was exceptional. The options were endless. Our guests were thrilled with the food and drink. Black Tie's staff were incredible. Several people commented on never witnessing a spoon out of place or a water glass below half full. We feel so lucky to have worked with Black Tie!

Great range of sandwiches, bakery items, and coffee drinks. Great quality and good prices. When we had a lunchtime disaster (dead fish landed next to us outside), the staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful.
