Harmony Gardens Apartments

The new management team at Harmony Gardens have really been great with helping us understand the new rules and a very nice staff, it’s a pleasure to live here!!! I have lived at harmony gardens for over 7 years, its a good place to live. I have made good friends here. we have a BBQ grill and a jacuzzi. We have a manager that’s looks out for his tenant. Thank you Randy for all you do, i so much appreciate you.

I've lived here 7 Years. I've got Great Neighbors, we look out for each other. Like an extended Family. The Manager Randy is Freakin Awesome Dude! If You're 55 and Older an need a Place, I highly recommend here. Thank Y'all have a Great Day.

Under the current leadership things have become unbearable. As of August 1st rent will jump up to $1,087.00 per month. The adjustment does not include fees such as pets and any outstanding balances. Our rent right now is $754.00 plus $50 late fee because our SS checks don't come by the 1st. We live on our SS checks only and we are both physically unable to get jobs. We have tried to move to an apartment on ground level but that cost $300 more. We have lived here for 5 years and have enjoyed it up until recently. We have made some very good friends here. We Can't afford to move and we aren't physically capable of moving. We are sincerely concerned that we will receive a 3 day vacate notice in August. Also, we requested our stove to be fixed 5 years ago because of bad wires...still not fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I have never posted anything negative in Harmony Gardens and I do feel sad that I feel the need to do so n

Actually, I completed a survey a few days after I moved in, but my feelings haven't changed. Randy, Cesar and the cleaning contractors worked hard and well to accommodate my move-in. The phenomenal property-owner, where I moved from, was locked into move-out obligations that needed to commence on the Monday after I'd vacated. The Peaks team made this possible, which was a huge relief to me. They all need to be acknowledged most sincerely.

My wife and I have lived at Harmony Gardens for over 19 years. We have enjoyed every minute. Harmony Gardens is a quite peaceful and the management is the best. Randy is very attentive; he is a hands-on community manager. We see him out on the property daily. He addresses issues very professionally and quickly. I look forward to living at Harmony Gardens for years to come.
