This place is bright ,beautiful , and welcoming with its unique features of the apartment complex that makes the place feel more than just a place to live in but a place where you can feel the warmth and the sense of belonging and the sense that you are surrounded by a place that makes your living space so special. The moment I arrived in the building for viewing, I felt like I belonged there. I and my husband are renting an apartment in the complex. We haven’t moved in yet because the property is getting renovated and will be ready shortly. More details after our move.

Very clean and quiet gated community. The manager is very friendly and helpful. I've been very happy here.

They have a major mouse problems. I'm helping my get them out of my loved one apartment. But they keep coming back. No rush from the staff to exterminate. Every year they raise rent for people on a fixed income. I would not live here

I love Victoria Woods! I love any property that Barbara manages. She is always so kind and welcoming. I know that I can trust Barbara with any needs I may need whether it be paperwork or accommodations for my clients. Lisa is always super kind as well and always treats everyone with kindness and respect. I know that my clients will always be happy and taken care of when I send them this way. You will not regret calling this place home.

I really appreciate this place it has a locked gate and secure parking so we feel safe. Walking distance to fresh market and the dollar tree. Very well kept yard with lots of flowers. Nice staff great maintenance program. Good size apartment for the price plus a stowage room.
