I was extremely pleased with Phoenix Cremation Society. I was skeptical initially - I think because the death of a loved one comes with so much emotion. And this societal weight that seems to say if you look for someone more economical for this, you're somehow cold-hearted. But let's face it. We knew we wanted to have our mother cremated. And we knew we didn't want a traditional funeral home feel. We wanted a celebration of her life after some time in a more upbeat location than a funeral home. Phoenix Cremation Society offered us a place to reasonably have our mother cremated. They were kind and compassionate through the process. They always had our mother in their care - never transitioning her to another company. We felt she was in good care and the process was as respectful as this kind of thing can be. Her cremation and delivery of her remains and the death certificates was all handled with care and relatively expeditiously. The one piece of feedback that I have is that often when I called the person answering the phone didn't introduce themselves. I found it awkward to not know whom I was talking to and whether it was the same person I'd spoken with previously. It would be nice if they would introduce themselves at the outset of each call to help better connect with those grieving. All in all I would use Phoenix Cremation Society again in minute.

The service I received from Phoenix Cremation Society has been exceptional. After my husband’s death they answered numerous emails and phone calls with patience and kindness; the cremation process was simple and efficient and posting an obituary on their website which I could easily share was easy. In the months since both Elizabeth and Matt have reached out to me several times to ask how I am doing and to offer their support should I need it. I found their services exceptional.

During a time that was very difficult. I appreciated the kindness of this organization. I was out if state for a lot of the communications. They helped me navigate this hard process.
