Went into AZ Cremation and Burial Services to drop off the urns. Just wow, the people there are so polite and helpful. Heather was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I just wanted to say thank you!! Of course, I hope you don’t need their services, but if you do, know your loved ones are in good caring hands.

During one of the most difficult times in my life, Arizona Cremation & Burial — and especially Kristie — went far beyond anything I could have expected. From the very beginning, she showed extraordinary compassion, patience, and attention to detail, helping guide my family through arrangements at the National Memorial Cemetery with care and grace. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and genuine kindness. The viewing of my father was especially meaningful — it was peaceful, personal, and thoughtfully arranged so our immediate family could be together in a comfortable and respectful setting. It brought us a sense of calm and dignity during a time of deep loss. I truly don’t have adequate words to express how grateful I am. Kristie and the entire team took care of details I never could have managed on my own, easing the burden and allowing us to focus on honoring my father and being present with one another. Their service, compassion, and commitment made an incredibly difficult situation far easier and more comforting than I ever thought possible. I will always be thankful for the care they showed my family.

If you're shopping around for services, pick this place. Local family owned, very professional, supportive, & understanding. They handle all the hard work of notifying any agencies & filing paperwork for you so you can concentrate on yourself & your loved ones. The only part we had to handle was telling the hospital they had permission to release my mom to these guys. And even with all of that included, their prices are more than reasonable, which helped us a lot because my mom's passing was unexpected & she didn't have insurance. Please do yourself & your family a favor, go to these guys, they'll take very good care of you 🙏

For your family to have closure and good customer service. JULIE is amazing and does a great job guiding you thru process. Thank you. They are the only ones that my family will go thru because they are family owned and treat you like family. They also have the best price and quality. She even remembered my family almost two years after our family member was cremated due to the story my mom told about phoenix lights and my dad, they are awesome. Thank you everyone at this place for making my dads cremation easy and peaceful.

I worked with them to drop off a DNA test kit for a relative. They were able to do a DNA test with a SWAB, the HomeDNA kit. They were very nice regarding all aspects.
