I had a wonderful experience doing business with Express Monument Company. Giving input on the headstone design for my mom was one of the most precious / touching things I've ever done. But, I could tell from the very start that I was in good qualified hands. The entire staff is extremely professional, they took the necessary steps to ensure I was satisfied with each phase of the design and preparation. "K" is an absolute gem, I can't say enough, she ensured that everything was perfect. She frequently followed-up with other team members (always aware of production status). My son passed away (sudden infant death syndrome) in 1991, and unfortunately I didn’t have the financial means at purchasing a headstone for him. But now that I was done raising my boys and caring for my mother, this was something I had to complete. I found “Express Monument” and was immediately greeted with warmth. Express Monument was amazing! I honestly procrastinated for months to even think of ordering my Mom's headstone. They made this process so easy. Alicia was wonderful, she was so patient with my back and forth indecisiveness. Her prompt response to changes when designing was more than I expected. Jake was also great, with his prompt response from my initial request all tie way through to the delivery. Thank you all so much! This was one of my hardest things to deal with and the process was painless.

Very pleased with this company. They came through just as promised. Prompt responses with communication via texts with status updates on ETA when my father's gravemarker will be finished/ delivered to Forest Lawn. The gravemarker came out beautiful and just the way we expected. Jake and his team are quick to get the job done right. Pricing is better than other competitors. Don't waste your time looking.
