I’m pleased to say me and my sisters received great service with creating our mother’s headstone however after it was delivered in place were still unable to get calls or emails regarding my mother QR code that was supposed to to be delivered a week after headstone was placed I’ve call jasmine plenty of times in regards to this matter she informed me that she’ll send a email over and get back with me but as of 2/25/26 I haven’t heard back from her regarding our concern my mother headstone was placed 12/30/25 in still nothing in the mail or no return phone call .

Great work! Highly recommend! We are repeat customers. Beautiful headstones created for both my mother in 2018 and now our father in 2022. It is such a joy to visit their place of rest, next to each other, now that they have his and hers designed headstones from New Century. I can be pretty detail oriented and that can be challenging for the person creating the design, in my past business and personal experiences. But, on both occasions the Team at New Century were professional, personable, responsive and helpful.

I have nothing but great things to say about New Century Headstones. About a year after my father had passed, I was working on arranging his memorial services, which included having a headstone made. I called approximately 20 other companies in the area and NO ONE was able to complete the headstone in time for the memorial. I didn't have any flexibility on the date as I was traveling back to California from my new home in Arkansas. This was very stressful for my family! Fortunately, New Century assured me that they could complete it within the short time frame (about one month). I was afraid that that meant we would have to compromise on what we were envisioning or we would have to increase our budget, but they were able to create exactly what we were hoping for at a very competitive price point. I was relieved, but still nervous that things somehow wouldn't work out. Vanessa was very professional, communicative, and accommodating. She always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls. The cemetery was taking a long time to pour the foundation for the headstone, which made me worried that it would affect our deadline. Vanessa regularly contacted them to try to speed up the process and she coordinated the installation with plenty of time for the memorial. The headstone was beautiful and exactly what we asked for. I am SO THANKFUL to Vanessa and New Century for making a stressful time in our family's life a lot more smooth than anticipated, which allowed us to focus on celebrating our father's life. I highly recommend this company.
