I have worked with Alex on my father and grandfather's monument for the last year. Alex is truly phenomenal to work with! He is the most patient person to work with and he is truly kind. I have made many, many changes to the design of the monuments and Alex was always very helpful in making sure that it was exactly how I had envisioned it. He has a great attention to detail and has kindly corrected the errors for me. He is very upfront about the timelines so that it is no surprise to you.
