The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job with designing exactly what we wanted. The artists implemented the design perfectly on the stone. We really could not be happier with the service. We did shop around to several other places before stopping at Pechmann Memorials. Pechmann had better pricing and much better customer service than any other place we shopped.

Jenna + James were such a blessing as we considered how to move forward on a headstone decision. Jenna spent a considerable amount of time with us when we were at her location, and she even took the time to list out prices for my friend's possible choices. They worked with my husband and I for almost 2 years, amid a lot of family tension, to complete my dad's memorial stone to PERFECTION!!! When the placement wasn't to my satisfaction, this was due to the particular cemetery's strict regulations, we discussed alternatives and we came up with a unique solution that satisfied both us and the cemetery!!!! A gap stone was used to create distance between the triple stone of my parents and the memorial stone we wanted for my dad, an air force veteran.
