Chattanooga funeral home was exceptional in the service provided for the funeral/viewing and burial of our dear mother. They were kind, compassionate, and gave attention to detail throughout the entire service. Thank you for helping us through the grieving process on the loss of our mother.

Our experience with Valley View chapel and Kara Reno, our director, during the passing of my dad was perfect from start to finish. We had lots of questions and Kara went above and beyond to answer each one clearly and promptly. She was available and responsive as well as professional and compassionate every step of the way. We are so grateful for the way they handled every detail of my father in laws service. They go over and above to accommodate your needs and honor your loved one who passed. We are forever grateful for their services. They did an amazing job from, planning the service, ordering flowers, putting together the slideshow and executing the services on the day of burial. They also did an outstanding job for my granddaughter’s funeral in August. We are so thankful for these people that do their job and bring tenderness, patience and love to those who are hurting. Sadly, I leave a 5 Star review for an amazing group of folks! This week my family suffered the loss of my fiance's father, Paul Joseph Holloway. As soon as we walked inside we were met by the kindest and most sincere gentleman by the name of Kevin McDowd. Immediately we felt at ease as we walked into the conference room with tear filled eyes to make arrangements for the funeral. The staff was incredibly professional on every level and graciously walked us through the entire process, explaining everything in detail. I have never given a review for a funeral home but I'm glad to have met such caring and compassionate people. It was a small service but we are eternally grateful for friends and family who came to celebrate Paul's life and his 30+ years in law enforcement here in Hamilton County!
