Excellent service conducted in a professional friendly manner. It's absolutely beautiful inside with a newly remodeled chapel. At the most painful times of our lives these people truly care and strive for excellence in providing the most satisfying experience imaginable. We are the 4th generation in our family to use this chapel and we couldn't be happier! Love ya'll and thank you so much for making our sad times a little easier.

A very pleasant experience during one of life’s most difficult events. Hank Williams followed through on every arrangement as promised and was extremely competent, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with. My father attended and supported his church for more than 60 years. When the church minister notified us with only three hours’ notice that he could not perform my father’s service — and provided no alternate — Mike Blevins quickly informed me of the situation and immediately suggested Wayland Stewart as a last-minute replacement. Despite never having met my father, Wayland delivered a beautiful and meaningful service that exceeded anything we could have expected. I am deeply grateful to Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel and their entire staff for making a very difficult time far less stressful. Their care, professionalism, and compassion truly made a difference.

Very highly recommend!! This has been the funeral home of choice for my husband's side of the family so I have been here multiple times over the years but never had to do the planning side until recently. I lost my husband in a motorcycle accident and had funeral services in NY (where we lived) but also needed to have services in TN where he grew up. Trying to plan services when you've lost your life partner is hard enough, planning out of state is an additional complication but EVERYTHING was handled perfectly and I really had very little to do after a few initial decisions. Hank, Larry, Mike & Vickie and probably others I'm not aware of were wonderful and made such a difficult time so much easier. We arrived in town to every detail taken care of and everything ready to go. Truly appreciate the compassionate and professional care that was provided.

East Ridge is home. Chattanooga Funeral Home East, treats people like family. Their kindness during the preparation of our mother’s memorial service in March was perfect. Everything was lovely and exactly as expected. How could we have known that less than four months later in July, Daddy would also pass. He literary could not live without her. Chattanooga Funeral Home East held us through the process of losing not one but two parents in four months. Our family and friends of course supported and loved us, but Mike and Hank, we could not have done this without your love and support. From helping us with our sister in law in 2012 & brother in 2013, to now Momma & Daddy this year (2025), We love you guys. We wouldn’t trust our family to anyone else. Thank you all.
