My husband Don Z. and myself Martha Lilia Gonzalez flu to Brownsville from Ohio to my BELOVED uncle's Mr. Jorge González González Funeral. The attention to our needs and the politeness and care that We received from all of the staff was Amazing. I do not have enough words to describe how perfect everything was. Thank you very much to Mr. Steve, Mr. Richard, Mr. Guadalupe, Señora Juanita, and two other ladies that I do not remember their names. Thank You, Thank you, Thank you!

I just wanted to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Darling-Mouser Funeral Home and Steven R. Hieu Bailey, CFSP Manager and his staff in handling funeral arrangements for my father. It is a difficult time, and the professionalism, compassion and politeness spoke volumes for me and my family during a time of need and support. The facility has a time-honored reputation of being first class in this community and would love to continue to see the owners of this fine establishment continuing to invest and freshen its amenities such as vehicle transport and carpeting. Darling Mouser Funeral Home is a temporary home for a departed loved one. Steven Bailey and his staff are amazing from beginning to end. They show the care and love they have for the departed one and their family. They go over and above to make the family know they have nothing to worry about. Steven and his staff are full of compassion, empathy, love, and tons of care for the departed, they are beautifully taken care of. I wish I known of their service in 2021 when my son passed. They are superior in what Steven and his staff do and are best in Brownsville, possibly the valley. My Uncle left this earth full of Love. May God Bless Steven, Staff and establishment.

Darling-Mouser Funeral Home provides excellent service, guidance, and support to those in need of a helping hand. Staff go far and beyond to build relationships with families and loved ones in order to ensure comfort and security. Very organized and professional service throughout working together. Special mention to the manager, Mr. Steven R. Bailey for his professionalism, compassion, and dedication in helping us with whatever concerns/questions we had. He made sure we were well taken care of and we felt comfortable that we would not worry about anything. Mr. Bailey was always available at any given time of day and night.
