My family has always entrusted our loved ones’ services to this funeral home, but unfortunately, our experience today was very disappointing. During such a sensitive and emotional time, we did not feel treated with the care, compassion, or respect that families deserve. Because of this experience, we will not be using this funeral home again.

Losing my father was one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced, and we honestly don’t know how we would have managed without Trevino Funeral Home. From the very start, Carla and her team were there for us in every possible way. What amazed us most was Karla’s personal dedication—no matter the hour, even late at night, she answered our calls, walked us through the process, and provided guidance with a calm, reassuring presence that immediately put our minds at ease. Her staff matched her commitment with kindness and professionalism, handling every detail with care and respect. They didn’t just do their jobs—they truly went above and beyond to support our family, making sure that every arrangement honored my father’s memory perfectly. In a time filled with sadness and uncertainty, they offered comfort, compassion, and unwavering support. Carla and the entire Trevino Funeral Home team made an overwhelming and emotional time feel manageable, and they treated us like family rather than clients. Their dedication, patience, and genuine care are unmatched. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for us and our father, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking compassionate, professional, and heartfelt guidance during such a difficult time.

Eternally grateful to the Treviño Funeral staff who went above and beyond on every detail on my dad’s special day. Karla was very professional, understanding and caring from explaining service options to making sure my dad was at his best before the viewing was to start. Dolly was exceptional on communicating and collecting pictures plus music for a superb video the day of the service. Printing out pictures and placing them at the entrance with a sign in book for visitors. Juanita was so caring to our needs and especially to the last moment we said our fair well to my dad. Miguel and James for transporting my dad from his home on the day of his passing with dignity and foremost respect. Overall amazing services that made our dad’s departure a little lighter for all of us. Thank you once again. ♥️

I would like to thank the staff at Trevino’s funeral home for their professionalism in handling my mother in laws funeral. The attention and care that was given to us during our most difficult time was beyond words. Karla and Dolly and staff did an amazing job and we were never at a loss when making the hardest decisions of our life towards momies funeral arrangement.
