In January, our brother, Edward Jenks passed. Eddie’s (Barney) burial had been pre-planned that he be interred near the praying hands sculpture next to his sister and father. Thank you to Natasha Cooper and all staff for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time. Natasha handled all arrangements with professionalism and compassion, making a difficult time less stressful. Gracelawn Memorial Park is a lovely well-kept cemetery. In pre planning for a funeral, I spoke with Kayla who was extremely helpful. We discussed all my options and she explained things clearly. I am completely satisfied with what I chose. Since then I have contacted her with questions and she made me feel at ease. Very pleasant experience.

My son's marker had completely sunk underneath the ground and after letting the office know Kayla was right on it. It was fixed in a matter of minutes. She explained there was a granite stone that could be put underneath to help it from sinking again and I was pleasantly shocked at how reasonable the price was. I would highly recommend Gracelawn and thank you for your help to get the matter quickly resolved

The garden of faith where my mom was laid to rest was messy for several months. Overgrown grass and a massive amount of leaves. I finally called the end of November and was told they respond in order to request and will be contacted when it’s done. About a week or 2 later I left a message on someone else’s voice mail and they didn’t respond. When I went to the gravesite on the 19 and 20th of December it was still a mess. So I called and spoke to the first person again. I was told the same thing. I told her that mess was there for 2 months and the other grounds were kept. I told her I was going to call corporate if the area didn’t get cleaned. I should not have to do that. They already charge outrageous prices and we know it’s corporate greed. But anyway if you say the grounds are cleaned every Friday and they aren’t it’s a problem. Other things were said but one thing for sure I was hot. I should not have to call because they are not doing their job. Now the area is 95% cleaned but one thing I am not happy with is they weren’t careful enough when removing the leaves to not break one of the solar lights. So I don’t know if it was on purpose because I called and reported or what. There were 2 other things on the gravesite that were missing but I’m going to chalk it up to the wind since there were some days of high winds.

Donald Dempsey was very informative, understanding, caring, and supportive. He provided constant contact and assistance with maintaining proper approval for this special burial. The burial site is lovely, peaceful, well maintained, and a very beautiful place for a loved one to rest. We are very comfortable that she is forever with her mother.
