Connie doesn't answer or return calls in a timely manner. If you're a conservative beware because Connie will give you her political views as soon as you walk in the office. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Choosing Abba monument Co. Ted is wonderful there.

We ordered our tombstone several years ago, during the height of Covid so it took longer than we expected. However, the material we ordered came from overseas. It was well worth the wait because it turned out beautifully. Our extended family has used Cecil for years and Connie was very helpful.

This company makes it so easy to plan for a headstone. Very knowledgeable and caring. They offer a lot of details on things you don’t think about in this process. I would recommend Cecil Vault & Memorial.

Never answers phones, expect you to come into office to pay any monies, no cashapp, Zelle making things extremely hard to pay when you’re working full time day shift. Connie will write you offensive emails all over $100 which I would give today if they had any up to date technology. Made me wait 5 months to only put a death date on my mother plaque but expect you to rush with your last $100 payments to the office. I drive city bus and don’t have time to get there before they close

Absolutely the worst, Connie does not respond to calls, emails and once she does you get every excuse around. I know it was my fault in waiting for a response but was told 2 months I waited that long then made calls and emails. As of today. my husbands marker is ordered by the new company took less then a week to finalize everything. As a previouse reviewer wrote I wish I could give 0 or neg stars. Save rhe stress go elsewhere.
