Worst customer service I've ever encountered from a counseling clinic.

Had a great introduction to therapy as a first timer with ThriveWorks

After multiple cancellations found a therapist who could be bothered to show up for appointments.

My experience was wonderful, the Therapist that was helping me weekly was very understanding, nice I'm going to miss her.

Not enough therapists in DC. I know we’re small but it was very disappointing and I didn’t get refunded the $100 fee even though I wasn’t able to find a therapist which was disappointing.
