Paid cash for them to engrave a "Death Date", said they would have it done the next two days, two months later,,...nothing, and they wanted more money. Will never use their business again

Greatest! They were there like family and great support. They helped to be sure we were happy with all choices, and had everything covered. Nothing forgotten. We gave them a budget and they did not try to go above it. They did all they could to work with budget and our desires. They were even great spiritual support for us. Great people!!!! I would like to thank Bass Memorials, Mildred and Walter Bass for helping my family once again, to create a custom, beautiful memorial for my Niece. Mrs. Bass even helped me coordinate with a wonderful installer in Nashville, Schultz Monuments to ensure we received her marker in time for us to give remembrance on her birthday. It has been a tragic time of loss and grief and they were so kind, loving and supportive. I highly recommend them for their attentive customer service, quality of work but most of all, the heart and compassion they showed for our loss. Thank you Mildred and Walter!

Have known the Bass family since i was a kid. They have always been very kind people. When my Mom and Dad died last year they were the only ones i trusted do do a head stone for my parents. When i went in they took time to help me pick what i wanted. They treated me with respect and caring and even asked to pray for me and my kids before we left. If you need a memorial done then this is the business to go to.

I can't say enough about this small business, the owners are very special people. I came from Maryland to speak to them and get a quote. I felt like I got a relief of the pain I was in as well . They are wonderful people.
