During an incredibly challenging and emotional time, Nashville Funeral and Cremation provided the exact guidance and support our family needed. In particular, the General Manager, Scott Keel, went above and beyond any expectation we had. He was an absolute godsend. Scott provided immense comfort to me personally and helped me seamlessly navigate a very complex family dynamic with grace and patience. Because of his leadership and care, we were able to coordinate a seamless cremation and hold a viewing that gave myself and my siblings the peaceful, private space we needed to say our goodbyes. Scott turned a highly stressful situation into a manageable, respectful process, and we are deeply grateful for his exceptional professionalism.

Scott was wonderful to work with during this very difficult time. He was thorough, calm and did not push or rush us. Our services took place at another location, and they were totally fine with that. It did not make any difference. If price is important, they fit my budget nicely. Everything was handled very well and professionally. I/we can definitely recommend them.

They were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They even verified my husband's tattoos to ease my worry about whether they actually had him and not someone else. The process was explained to me about how they ensure the family gets the right ashes(a worry of mine). I do recommend having your loved ones taken care of by them. Scott was the best and Randi is super sweet. They made this tough time easier.
