The Cremation Company

We chose to use the Cremation Company to cremate my mom. At such a difficult time, everyone at the company that I spoke with was so gentle. This to me made a world of a difference. I had so many questions which they answered kindly. They were quick at responding to all my emails and keeping me up to date on everything. We used them to purchase a cremation box, and jewelry. They sent proofs, and were on top of everything. They were everything I was looking for during such a loss.

My son passed away suddenly and after calling multiple places, we chose this company as they answered the phone immediately and every single question (and there were a lot of them) that was put before them (from myself and my other son) with compassion and delivered excellent customer service. This company offered a more affordable option and made the experience less stressful while helping me honor my sons wishes for cremation and a celebration of life.

I am grateful for my experience at the Cremation Company. They were very kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. They were quick to return calls, were very efficient, and the process was more affordable than all of the other places. The turnaround time for the actual cremation was also very quick in comparison to other companies.

I cannot say enough good thing's on how wonderful The Cremation Company was to work with. Had a good friend who was transferred from a Chattanooga hospital to a Nashville hospital. He passed away in Nashville. I first contacted a local funeral home, one that I used for my prearrangements. Thought that would help me on getting R back home for a reasonable price. I was wrong. They quoted me a price that was more than fours times greater. Over $4000. I then contacted The Cremation Company. Could not be more pleased. Worked with Emmie and Chuck. They and all the staff that I worked with, were truly professional, compassionate and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and thoroughly explained all that needed to be done. I called the Cremation Company when my daughter passed away. I spoke with Caitlin on the phone and she was very kind and compassionate. When my grandson and I went into the office to complete all of the details, Caitlin again was very kind and compassionate. They answer all of your questions and they are not in any way shape or form trying to get you to spend money you don’t need to spend. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need for fast, courteous and professional services at reasonable price. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need!!
