Brouns Catering helped us at a family event recently for 30 people. Kiara's extreme attention to details and highest professionalism as a chef made our guests happy and enjoying a great food. The chardonnay lemon chicken is an absolute masterpiece. I want to specifically call out the disposable setting that she is providing. It looks very nice, and none of the equipment needs a return. We are very grateful for the great catering experience that Kiara provided to us. I highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to have top notch catering event.

I attended a funeral a few months ago that Braun's had catered and I was very impressed. A few months later my own dear Nana passed away and as we were planning the service, I thought of Braun's because it was such wonderful food and Ciara had done a great job. We ordered the Mediterranean Meal (in honor of my Greek Nana) with appetizers, and we had some allergies and sensetivities to work with. Kiara worked with me extremely intentionally to make sure that all of our guests would have exactly what they needed - and then she went above and beyond on delivery. All of our guests (those with and without allergies) commented to me about the food, how wonderful it was, and what a perfect element of the wake it turned out to be. I could not have been happier with her communication leading up to the event, the delivery and ultimately the taste (and quantity) of the food. Thank you, Ciara and husband, for all the intention, creativity, and work you put into making out gathering very special.

I contacted Kiara with Braun’s Catering for my daughter’s baby shower. This catering company is simply fabulous. Her customer service is stellar. We chose a barbecue theme menu which was bbq chicken and bbq pork ribs which were so juicy and cooked tenderly. The food was so delicious. Perfectly flavored not too sweet. Mac and cheese nice and creamy. House made baked beans which paired with the other sides were perfect. Small delicately roasted potatoes and baked Beans mixed with some bell peppers. Can’t go wrong with the corn bread and salad. We love that everything is made fresh. Thanks again for making our event a special day to remember 🥰

We Celebrated my brother in laws life today 3/4/26 and Braun's catering made some of the most delicious food and cupcakes to fill our stomachach's as we filled the room with stories of him. Feel confident and know your event will be a special one with the food she prepares. 100% recommended!!

Absolutely stunning work from this caterer every dish felt like a love letter to comfort, elegance, and flavor it was a perfect match for my surprise Ralph Lauren birthday party I made for my partner. From the moment the meal began, it was clear that this wasn’t just food it was a curated experience. The Pesto Caprese Chicken was a standout it was tender, herbaceous, and balanced with the tomato and the richness of pesto. I really like pesto! 🤭 🍽️ 🍝 ❤️ It tasted like summer evenings and family warmth. The Cheese Tortellini in Garlic Alfredo was indulgent without being heavy pillowy pasta wrapped in a sauce garlic and cream. The vegetables were far from an afterthought. The sautéed green beans and carrots with toasted almonds added texture and depth, while the Creamy Balsamic Spring Mix Salad brought a refreshing tang that tied the whole menu together. And the Herb Focaccia was soft, fragrant, and the kind of bread that makes you pause mid-conversation just to savor it. Beyond the flavors, what truly sets this caterer apart is the emotional intelligence behind the menu. Every bite felt intentional designed to evoke comfort, celebration, and connection. It’s rare to find a caterer who understands not just taste, but tone. This meal didn’t just feed us it held us and she was so attentive.
