OTS Catering

We used On The Spot catering for our wedding and they truly exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, everything was fresh and delicious, and our guests kept complimenting it all night. The staff was professional, friendly, and made everything run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!

We recently had taco service for a birthday party. Everything was phenomenal, from the set up, to the service throughout, Omar didn’t miss a beat. Everything was tasty and our guests loved the quality. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks yall!

We hired Chef Alec as a private chef for our small group of 10 to celebrate a birthday, and it was an exceptional experience! Prior to the event Alec was very communicative and clear, had ideas and was open to any suggestions from us. The day of he and Trish arrived on time and had a very nice setup. They served a 3-course meal and everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had a seafood allergy in the group and Chef Alec was able to modify the one dish and was very mindful of cross contamination. Trish was a delight and the two of them really took care of every detail and left without a trace. It was so nice to end our weekend away with this very special experience. I can’t wait to book my next event with On the Spot Catering.

Alec and his amazing team catered my daughters sweet sixteen. I can’t say enough good things. They showed up early to prep, and when my decorations started flying around because of the wind they helped me organize and pick everything up. The food was amazing!! They were also so good with our Littles who were very interested in all the food! Everyone at the party loved the food and we had so many compliments. Highly recommend!!

I have had the honor of attending 3 different events where OTSC has been the catered food. I had a private intimate Valentines dinner were he. Cooked two different meals so each couple could share. Alec Ayala cooked the food right in front of us. It was an amazing way to spend the evening and not hassle with crowded restaurants or a ginormous bill at the end. The second was a private birthday party where he cooked fajitas beef snd chicken both with home made rice and beans and a Cajun shrimp pasts that both were to die for. Service was amazing and the staff catered to what ever we needed, even vegetarian guests. The most recent was a graduation party where again we were served a phenomenal dinner that was thick, juicy tender pork chop with mashed potatoes and baby whole carrots, just amazing! His prices are fare and he’s happy to accommodate if able your requests. You can tell watching him prepare your meals, how thoroughly he enjoys what he’s doing! You absolutely cannot go wrong in having him cater any event you need, I give OTSC hands down a 10 +++++ rating!!!!! See photos below
