Affordable cremation. Huge mistake is that they misplaced my deceased ones property. Gave me the run around about how he would find the belongings and it never happened.

No. Slimy creep shouts false excuses frantically by phone when asked about unreasonable delay in cremation. Hard to get ahold of somewhere in the back with remains: he said he wasn't done with the autopsy (not true and not even his business); he refused to return the remains, despite multiple requests. Deceptive, possessive, disrespectful. Eew. Just No.

Ok so I ordered a casket and bought it ,and it was good but, then I ordered a headstone for my sons grave in Nov.2021. and paid up front it has been 9 months and still no headstone they keep telling me that it's coming, now all of the sudden they claim they delivered it no one contacted me and I am still waiting not happy now it's been 10 months he at first tried to say that they delivered it months ago but, they never even called the funeral home to approve the headstone ,never sent me a blue print or a picture of the stone like I was told back in Nov.of 2021, so the whole time he was giving me the run around . How is that a way to run a business especially when I'm still greiving over my son . And then I was put through all of this. So I called him again and he said he was going to go pick the headstone up around 11 or 12 that day . and that he'd send me a picture the next morning and so I called him around 1:00 and he said he would give me my money back. Because they didn't have a picture of it .so I got my money back but have no headstone for son . I should have been compensated for all the greiving and missery That I've had to endure over the lies and deceit .

We showed up without an appointment and Keeton stopped what he was doing to make time for us and answer all our questions. We purchased a casket and vault and learned that when the vault is not purchased through funeral home, the vault company must set it. I was a little uneasy since I know how mistakes can be made when so many different people involved, but I explained my feelings and Keeton made sure to call me and kept me updated. The casket was delivered to funerL home on time and the vault was in place on day of service. He made the process easy and I would highly recommend. Also, the casket we purchased for our mother was absolutely beautiful and less expensive than purchasing direct from funeral home. Thanks to Keeton and entire team at Caskets and More.

They were both sensitive and low cost. Burying your loved one is hard enough without some corporation price gouging you during the process. I encountered none of that here. It's a family own business and they treated us like family the office was great the service was better.
